Giggs is an official partner of LDI 2026, the live design trade show at the Las Vegas Convention Center. You'll find us at a booth in the LDI Career Fair during the expo (December 6 to 8). What is Nikki Sanz's LDI talk about?
Nikki's session is called "How Live Events Actually Hire: Getting the Call at Every Level." It covers how hiring works in an industry that runs on relationships, reputation, and recommendations. Expect practical advice on landing a first gig, building your network, and getting the next call at any stage of your career.
Nikki toured with Eric Church and George Strait and worked the Super Bowl, Bonnaroo, and the CMA Awards before founding Giggs in Nashville in 2022.
Why are Giggs and LDI partnering?
LDI is expanding its programs for the people who run shows, including its Career Fair, mentoring, and Foster the Future initiatives for students and early-career pros. Giggs connects more than 50,000 live event professionals with each other and with the companies hiring them.
